What exactly is a decant?+
A decant is a smaller portion of a fragrance transferred from the original bottle into a separate atomiser. It lets you experience a full-size fragrance without committing to a whole bottle — perfect for rare and discontinued scents that can be difficult or expensive to find.
When is my decant prepared?+
Every decant is prepared by hand after your order is placed — we never pre-fill and store decants. This ensures your fragrance is as fresh as possible when it reaches you. Please allow 1–2 business days for preparation before your order is dispatched.
Are the fragrances authentic?+
Absolutely. Every fragrance in our collection is 100% authentic, sourced from reputable sellers, estate finds, or our own personal collection. We would never sell a counterfeit — the entire point of TConScents is to give people access to the real thing.
What atomiser bottles do you use?+
We use high-quality glass atomiser bottles in 5ml, 10ml and 15ml sizes. They're leak-proof, travel-friendly and designed to preserve the fragrance properly.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship to?+
We currently ship to the UK only. We hope to expand internationally in the future — follow our socials to be the first to know.
How long does delivery take?+
After your order is prepared (1–2 business days), delivery takes 1–4 business days depending on the shipping option you select at checkout. Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days total; express shipping 1–2 business days.
How is my order packaged?+
All orders are packaged securely to ensure your decants arrive safely. Atomisers are individually wrapped and cushioned to prevent breakage or leakage during transit.
What is shipping protection?+
For £1.99 you can add shipping protection to your order at checkout. If your order arrives damaged, we will replace it at no extra cost. Without shipping protection, we are unable to take responsibility for damage that occurs after your order has been dispatched — once it leaves us, it's in the hands of the courier.

Returns & Issues

Can I return my order?+
Due to the nature of fragrance decants, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been prepared and dispatched. If there is an issue with your order — wrong item, incorrect size, or a fault on our end — please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it and we will make it right.
My order arrived damaged — what do I do?+
If you purchased shipping protection and your order arrives damaged, contact us at contact@tconscents.com with a photo of the damage within 48 hours and we'll arrange a replacement. If you did not purchase shipping protection, we're unfortunately unable to cover damage caused in transit.
Something else is wrong with my order+
